We’ll let you in on a little secret: Backing up your data saves time. If you’re
picking up a new phone, please come with your current phone and its most recent backup. We
want to make sure you have all of your important pictures, calendars and contacts on your
new device in a timely manner.

Be sure to bring a government-issued ID matching the name on your order, the card used to
place your order and a copy of your confirmation email. We wouldn’t want your new device to
end up in the wrong hands.
