You will need to know the name, email address, and Corporate ID (CID) number of your Sprint employee sponsor, as well as the account number and PIN for the account to be converted.

Conversion will take several days to complete. Once converted, you will receive an email confirming the status of your account and you will be able to upgrade or add lines on or in any company owned Sprint Store.
