- If you have Total Equipment Protection, visit a Sprint store for help with minor repairs, mechanical failure or electrical failure. If your phone is lost or stolen, you can file a claim online.
- If you don't have device protection, you can:
- Pay a Damaged Device Fee when you turn in the phone. The fee will vary based on the type and extent of damage, ranging up to the total original value of the phone.
- Keep the phone and pay the Purchase Purchase Option.
