For a limited time, Sprint was awarding a recurring monthly Service Plan Credits (formerly called "Loyalty Service Credits") to customers who had upgraded or added a line on a Sprint Lease while on a qualifying service plan and phone. You'll receive the service credit as long as you stay on an active lease with a qualifying service plan and phone. The amount of the Service Plan Credit varies by lease option or specific promotional offer.
You will see your service credit in 1 to 2 bill cycles and going forward for as long as you have an active lease with qualifying plan and phone.
The credit will be listed as a separate line item on your bill. Example: If you have a $20 lease payment and a $10 Service Plan Credit, these will be two separate line items. The lease payment will show up in the Account Charges section of your invoice and the Service Plan Credit - Device Lease (formerly called Loyalty Service Credit) will show up under Adjustments.
The offer no longer applies and you will no longer receive the Service Plan Credit.
After moving off your old plan or changing phones, you will need to select from the price plans we offer at that time.
All lines of service on your account on qualifying service plans or phones with an active lease will be eligible for the Service Plan Credit.
As long as you have an active lease and remain on a qualifying plan or phone, you will continue to receive your Service Plan Credit until your next device transaction.
All lines of service on your account on qualifying service plans or phones with an active lease will be eligible for the Service Plan Credit.
