Annual upgrades are always included with our iPhone Forever, Galaxy Forever and Sprint Flex Deals programs at no additional cost. You can return your phone and upgrade to the latest model any time after 12 payments.
Or if you chose any other phone and the $5/mo. add-on, you can upgrade after 12 monthly payments.
Yes, you have the option to enroll in various device protection programs to protect, replace and repair your phone. Enrollment is optional, but we strongly encourage it.
If you want to enroll in Total Equipment Protection through Sprint, ask your Sprint sales representative or call Asurion Customer Care at 1-800-584-3666 within 30 days of the new activation or purchase of a new phone.
