To continue enjoying free access to TIDAL’s catalog of more than 90M songs in HiFi, you’ll need to create your own login credentials directly with TIDAL. T-Mobile will send an SMS text or email with instructions and a link to create a TIDAL username and password. Once you’ve logged in with your new TIDAL credentials, you’ll be able to continue accessing TIDAL through your Plan.
You can also set up your TIDAL Username and Password directly in the TIDAL app. Simply open your TIDAL app > Select the Heart icon at the bottom of the screen > Select the Gear icon in the top right > then enter the Edit Profile section and establish a Username and Password.
Note: If you already created a TIDAL username and password in the past, please continue to log in with these credentials to keep listening to your favorite music. -

Yes! Eligible T-Mobile customers who have not yet redeemed the benefit will be able to access a T-Mobile promo code for a free 12-month TIDAL subscription. Eligible customers will receive communication from T-Mobile about redeeming this promo code in the T-Mobile Customer Portal.

No, for existing TIDAL users on the Sprint Unlimited Plan, TIDAL will continue to be covered On-Us as part of your plan benefits.

Without a TIDAL username and password, you will not be able to log into TIDAL after logging out or switching devices. To set up your credentials, access the link you received via SMS text or Email. If you can’t locate your SMS/email, call T-Mobile Care at *2 from your mobile device and ask your expert to send it to you.

After signing up, you’ll get a text message with an activation link, where you can complete the subscription process. This is a required step to access TIDAL and all its benefits. It’s simple – just enter your email, create a password, confirm your subscription details and you’re done!

Starting December 11, 2022, the Sprint billing system will no longer support billing of monthly subscriptions for TIDAL HiFi or HiFi Plus to the Sprint bill.

Yes, you’ll keep your TIDAL account and service. If you don’t update your payment method to bill directly through TIDAL, your subscription will revert from TIDAL HiFi or HiFi Plus to the free, ad supported version. To continue the premium service, just update your payment method in the TIDAL app or directly on https://account.tidal.com/login.

To update how you pay for TIDAL before billing to Sprint has ended:
- Step 1: remove from MySprint
- Log into MySprint
- Select My Account
- From drop-down menu, select Change Services
- Select line you wish to remove the TIDAL feature from
- Review the changes you have made and agree to the terms and conditions
- Click Confirm
- Step 2: add TIDAL plan and payment info directly with TIDAL
- Go to TIDAL app or https://account.tidal.com/login
- Select My Account > Manage Account
- Choose Subscriptions > View Plans
- Select Continue on the plan you’d like to subscribe to
- Enter your payment information and save
To update how you pay for TIDAL after billing to Sprint has ended:
- Go to https://account.tidal.com/login and login to your TIDAL account
- Select My Account > Manage Account
- Choose Subscriptions > View Plans
- Select Continue on the plan you’d like to subscribe to
- Enter your payment information and save

As of December 11, 2022, the Sprint billing system no longer supports monthly subscriptions for TIDAL HiFi or HiFi Plus. If you have not switched your monthly payments directly to TIDAL , then your service has defaulted to the free, ad supported version.
