Add Total Equipment Protection or Total Equipment Protection Plus for your devices

Total Equipment Protection and Total Equipment Protection Plus must be added to your device within 30 days of activation or upgrade. See an in-store Sprint representative or contact Asurion at 1-800-584-3666 to enroll.

- After 30 days, Total Equipment Protection can be added with a paid in-store repair at any Sprint Phone Repair Center. You can also add Total Equipment Protection to 10 or more lines on the same account at the same time whenever you like.
- Total Equipment Protection Plus can be added to any smartphone currently enrolled in Total Equipment Protection.
- If you do not sign up during these options, no additional coverage options are available. Reliable service and repair is available on a per-incident basis at Sprint Phone Repair Centers. Use our online Sprint Store Locator to find the nearest Sprint Phone Repair Center.

- Total Equipment Protection combines the Equipment Replacement Program (ERP) covering lost, stolen, physical or liquid damage, and the Equipment Service & Repair Program (ESRP) that covers mechanical/electrical problems, failure from normal wear and tear, and routine device maintenance.
- Total Equipment Protection Plus provides coverage against loss, theft, damage (including liquid damage), and malfunction, saving you hundreds of dollars on a new replacement device.
- Repairs are performed at select repair locations, including Sprint Phone Repair Centers.
- If your phone is lost, stolen, or damaged, receive a replacement device the next day in most cases. Repairs on damaged devices can be done the same day in most cases.
