Make an international call
To place an international call from one country to another while traveling, you must dial the international access code for the country you are in, the country code for where you are calling to and then the phone number. To place a local call while traveling, dial as you would from a landline in that country.
International access codes and country codes can be found on the Sprint Worldwide Guide.
Note: If you have a GSM phone, international calls, including calls back to the United States, are simplified with the plus key dialing feature on your phone. To use this, press and hold the +key until a plus displays. The + key automatically dials the international access code for the country in which you are traveling.
