Report my device lost or stolen

There are two ways to report your device as lost.

To report it online:

  1. Sign in to MySprint.
  2. Click on the tile of the device you want to report.
  3. Click on Options.
  4. Select Report a lost/stolen device and follow the steps. It may take up to 30 minutes for updates to appear.

You can also report it by using the chat icon on this page.
