Change your Sprint personal voicemail greeting

To change your personal voicemail greeting on your Sprint phone:

  1. Access your main voicemail menu. If you do not know how to access your voicemail box, follow instructions on Listen to your Sprint voicemail messages.
  2. Press 3 for Personal Options
  3. Press 2 for Greetings
  4. Press 1 to Change Greeting
  5. Press 1 to Record personal greeting or press 2 to select the standard greeting
  6. Press # to End Recording
  7. Press 1 to Confirm Greeting

In order to go back to the default greeting:

  1. Press 3 for Personal Options
  2. Press 2 for Greetings
  3. Press 1 for Main Greeting
  4. Press 2 for Use System Standard Greeting

Quality of Svc. Accts. without an active handset will incur $50/mo. charge. Includes unlimited texting on capable tablets and data. Add Unlimited premium resolution streaming for additional $20/ mo./line and get video streams at up to 1080p+, music at up to 1.5 Mbps, gaming at up to 8 Mbps.
