Understand the different levels of profile access on sprint.com

You will have access to all of the important features on sprint.com - like checking your usage and paying your bill. To create an account owner profile, you must provide the following information when you register:

• Phone number
• Billing ZIP code
• Account PIN or security answer
• Last four digits of the account owner's social security number or tax ID number
• Email address

As an account owner, you can:

• Add, revoke or update user access to your account
• Access online service tools, depending on the services your plan includes
• Block or allow voice calls, texting and data
• Change your plan
• Add a phone
• View and pay your bill
• See your usage
• Check when you can upgrade
• Post to the Sprint Community forum

Account Authorized users have most of the same features and privileges as Account Owners. However, Account Authorized users can't change customer name, can't change the billing address, and can't see the account PIN or security answer.

You need to request access from the Account Owner to add you as an Account Authorized user.

If you are the only profile on your account, you can enter your billing ZIP code and account PIN on the My Preferences page to become an Account Owner.

Device Users have limited access on sprint.com. To register as a device user, you must provide the following information:

• Phone number
• Email address

Note: If you do not provide the account PIN and billing ZIP code during registration, you will only be registered as a Device User. You can change your level of access later on the My Preferences page by providing the billing ZIP code and account PIN.

As a device user, you have access to the features listed below:

• Access online service tools, depending on the services your plan includes
• See your usage
• Check when you can upgrade
• Post to the Sprint Community forum

If there is an Account Owner already on the account, you can obtain additional permissions by requesting access from the Account Owner. If you are the only profile on your account, you can enter your billing ZIP code and account PIN on the My Preferences page to become an account owner.

Department level access are sub-level accounts of a business account. Sub account users that operate under the DAC level of the hierarchy are only allowed to manage a portion of a business account and cannot make any revenue impacting changes to the account unless they are given permission by the Account Owner to do so. There can be multiple DAC users on one account.

To create a Sub account user profile, you must contact the Account Owner and request to have a profile created for the DAC level. The Account Owner has the ability to create that profile by going to My Preferences and clicking Manage access to account, and then Create a user. The Account Owner will provide the necessary information to complete the process.

As a Sub account user, you have access to example features like those listed below, but only if your permissions have been set to allow you to see or interact with those functions:

• View unbilled and billed usage for your devices
• Access product/service tools

Community Profile users have access to post to the Sprint Community forum.

To create a Community Profile, you must provide the following information:

• Email address
