Understand Restore from Suspend fees

What are Restore from Suspend fees?

  • A $20/line Restore from Suspend fee may apply to restore service on any accounts that have been disconnected for non-payment.
  • The Restore from Suspend fee will not be charged for simply exceeding an account spending limit.

Where will I find them on my bill?

  • If you are required to pay a Restore from Suspend fee, it will appear on the first or second bill after your service is restored.
  • A credit will show on your bill if you paid the Restore from Suspend fee at the time service was restored.

Quality of Svc. Accts. without an active handset will incur $50/mo. charge. Includes unlimited texting on capable tablets and data. Add Unlimited premium resolution streaming for additional $20/ mo./line and get video streams at up to 1080p+, music at up to 1.5 Mbps, gaming at up to 8 Mbps.
