Payment arrangement terms and conditions
I, the Customer identified above, authorize Sprint to transfer electronic funds from the debit or credit card account I specified, or to debit my bank account through the electronic Automated Clearing House (ACH) from the checking or savings account I specified, for payment(s) due on the Sprint account number shown above.
I understand that IF I ELECT to pay my bill after it is the due date, my Sprint account will incur late fees as set forth in my contract, including and in the Sprint Terms and Conditions of service. Late fees are calculated as the greater of $5 or a variable percentage of an unpaid past due balance as permitted by state law.
I understand that if the payment arrangement established is cancelled or does not process successfully I may forfeit my eligibility for another payment arrangement and payment in full may be required to restore services or avoid further service interruptions. I agree that if I make a partial payment prior to the payment arrangement due date, I am still obligated to pay any remaining balances to satisfy the full payment arrangement amount.
I also acknowledge and agree Sprint will discontinue acceptance of any subsequent charges I authorized if the charge(s) is invalid or not honored. I am aware that if Sprint is unable to secure funds from my bank account for the payment(s) I authorized for any reason including, but not limited to, insufficient or uncollected funds in the account or insufficient or inaccurate information I provided, Sprint may undertake further collection action, including application of returned check fees to the extent permitted by law. I understand that such fees may be collected electronically. If the payment is returned by my bank, I am still responsible for paying the amount due on my Sprint account on or before the due date. I understand and authorize Sprint to charge any debit or credit cards provided at any time until successful for all delinquent amounts owed to Sprint, as permitted by applicable law. I agree that Sprint may obtain updated information from card networks, issuers or other third party sources. I also understand that Sprint may incur overdraft fees from your financial institution, if applicable.
If I authorize Sprint to debit my bank account, I understand that the debit will occur one to three business days from the date that I have designated payment to be made. I also understand that authorization of these charges is entirely optional and is not required to obtain or maintain my account with Sprint.
I understand I may call *3 or access my Sprint account online at www.Sprint.com one day prior to the payment date to cancel or change any payment I have authorized pursuant to this authorization. If I cancel all pending payments under this authorization, Sprint will not initiate further transfers or charges under this authorization. I also understand that I have the right to stop payments by directly contacting my financial institution for authorized ACH debits or card issuer for authorized credit or debit card charges.
