Learn more about your account PIN
An account PIN, or Personal Identification Number, is a 6-10 digit number of your choosing. You will use your PIN to identify yourself when calling Sprint or visiting a Sprint retail store. You will also need your PIN the first time you register your account online at sprint.com. Once you have registered, you will use your sprint.com username and password to sign on.
Along with your PIN, you will be asked to select a security question and provide an answer in case you forget your PIN.
Think of your account PIN as an extra layer of protection for your personal and account information, one that helps ensure that no one can access your account without your authorization.
Remember, it is best to keep your account PIN private to avoid unauthorized changes to your plan. If you choose to share your account PIN with others on your account, they will have the ability to make financially impacting changes to your account, such as switching rate plans or upgrading a phone.
You can change your account PIN at any time by signing in to sprint.com and clicking My Account then select Profile & Settings.
Note: To make changes to your PIN, you must be registered as an account owner on My Sprint. Read more about the different levels of profile access on sprint.com.
