New accounts with up to 10 lines or existing customers adding a line of service.
All lines on an existing account can switch to these plans by meeting one of these conditions:
- One phone on your account was purchased with monthly installments.
- One line is no longer under a one- or two-year term agreement.
- One line is upgrade-eligible on your account and you are upgrading to a new device.
- By adding a new line of service to these plans on your account.
- Note: The line meeting one of the conditions above must switch to the Family Share Pack plan for other lines on the account to be eligible to switch.

Sprint Family Share Pack offers ways to save you money based on your wireless data needs. This plan allows you to share data across multiple users and types of devices within your account. Plus, if you switch additional lines to Sprint and add them to an eligible Family Share Pack plan, those lines may be eligible for additional savings.

You'll pay a monthly charge based on the amount of data you select.
The plan also includes a monthly access charge for each device on the plan (up to 10). Access charges vary based on device type (i.e. phone, tablet, mobile broadband device).
Access charges are $15-25 per phone if you lease your phone or purchase it with monthly installments. Access charges are $40 per phone if you buy a phone with a 2-year service agreement.

No, Quality of Service is applied to Unlimited Data plans that launched on 10/16/15 or after. It only affects a small number of customers who are using an unfair share of the network.

For customers who do not choose an Unlimited plan, we are offering customers a choice when they reach their high-speed data allotment. Our customers will no longer have to worry about data overage charges on their monthly bill and now can choose if they want free unlimited data at 2G speeds or to purchase additional high-speed data at just $15/GB.

No, you must first exhaust your Family Share Pack data allowance. After you exhaust your data allowance, you are able to purchase 1GB of high speed data at any time through Sprint Zone or on sprint.com.

Customers moving to or activating on the new Family Share Pack plans on or after 10/30/15, will have the following features:
- Sprint Global Roaming is included on eligible devices and for customers who already do not have an international add-on or plan. Visit sprint.com/sprintglobalroaming for details and a list of Global Roaming countries.
- International Texting - Included and allows you to text from the US to other countries or an international number. For more information, visit sprint.com/international.
- Before traveling, contact Sprint to confirm your account features.

Sprint provides you with usage alert notifications to both your account owner and subscribers if you have multiple lines. For details, see sprint.com/usagealerts. Visit sprint.com/preferences to review your usage notification settings.
Options to check data usage:
- Open your Sprint Zone app for usage details.
- Sign in to My Sprint and click See all usage under your phone.
- Text the word usage to 1311 for a free text.
- Call *4 from your Sprint phone to hear your current usage.

Yes, if you purchase your phone with monthly installments. For an additional $10/mo, per phone line, you have the option to upgrade to a new phone every 12 months.

No, the device payments are a separate transaction that is charged monthly depending on the device you purchase.

If you are currently paying for a phone with monthly installments and your plan includes an early-upgrade option, simply add on the early-upgrade option when you switch to the Sprint Family Share Pack plan. We'll apply the number of consecutive months you paid for to this early-upgrade option. Once you've made 12 total consecutive payments for the early-upgrade option on a qualifying plan and installment agreement, you're eligible to upgrade to a new phone. Giveback of your current phone will be required; Review the Sprint Giveback Program Terms for more information.
