Add or remove an account from your sprint.com profile

To add an account to your My Sprint profile:

  1. Sign in to My Sprint at www.sprint.com.
  2. Click My Account menu.
  3. Select Profile & Settings.
  4. Click Limits & Permissions.
  5. Click on Update or add another account.
  6. Click Add another account.
  7. Enter the following information:
    • Account number
    • Billing ZIP code
    • Account PIN (If you forget your PIN, click the I don't have my PIN link and follow the directions)
    • Create an account Nickname
  8. Click Save.
  9. You will see the confirmation message "Thank you! We've saved your changes."

 

To remove an account from your My Sprint profile:

  1. Sign in to My Sprint at www.sprint.com.
  2. Click My Account menu.
  3. Select Profile & Settings.
  4. Click Limits & Permissions.
  5. Click on Update or add another account.
  6. Check the Remove box next to the account you no longer wish to manage.
  7. Click Save.
  8. You will see the confirmation message "Thank you! We've saved your changes."

 

Note: You can access your cancelled account on sprint.com until the account balance is $0. Once the balance is $0, the account will be automatically removed from sprint.com.
