Troubleshooting Error Messages
Error Code | Description | User Action |
32002 | No GSP signal detected | Unplug the power cable from the device and move device near a window. If the device is already against the window, then try to move to another window and power on. If there is no improvement, please contact Sprint care team. |
32006 | Configuration may damaged | Unplug the power cable from the device and move device near a window. If the device is already against the window, then try to move to another window and power on. If there is no improvement, please contact Sprint care team. |
32007 | Configuration may damaged | Unplug the power cable from the device and move device near a window. If the device is already against the window, then try to move to another window and power on. If there is no improvement, please contact Sprint care team. |
30001 | System may meet certain error | Power off the device and re-connect the power cable with the device. |
32005 | System may meet certain error | Power off the device and re-connect the power cable with the device. |
3200 | No Sprint signal detected | Unplug the power cable from the device and move device near a window. If the device is already against the window, then try to move to another window and power on. If there is no improvement, capture the error code via the Sprint Setup Assistant App. Then please contact the Sprint care team with the error code details. |
