Steps to enable or disable airplane mode on your Samsung J7 Galaxy Refine

Airplane mode disables your phone's ability to send or receive any type of wireless transmission.

If airplane mode is turned on, your Samsung Galaxy J7 Refine can't connect to the Sprint network.

  1. From the home screen, use two fingers to swipe down the Status bar.
  2. Scroll to and tap Airplane mode.

Note: The icon is blue when enabled.

Note: You can re-enable Wi-Fi and connect to a Wi-Fi network while Airplane mode is enabled.
