Enable/disable airplane mode on your device for the Moto z³ play

Steps to enable or disable airplane mode on your Motorola Moto Z3 Play

Airplane mode disables your phone's ability to send or receive any type of wireless transmission.

If airplane mode is turned on, your Motorola Moto Z3 Play can't connect to the Sprint network.

  1. From the home screen, swipe down the Status bar.
  2. Swipe down again to access the Quick Settings menu.
  3. Tap Airplane mode.
    4. Note: The icon is black when enabled.

Note: You can re-enable Wi-Fi and connect to a Wi-Fi network while Airplane mode is enabled.

Accts. without an active handset will incur $50/mo. charge. Includes unlimited texting on capable tablets and data.
