Computer does not recognize the hotspot for the Franklin R910 Mobile Hotspot

This article helps troubleshoot issues relating to the computer not recognizing the mobile hotspot

Check whether the hotspot is properly connected to the computer or other external device.

Remove the hotspot from the PC, restart the PC, and then reconnect the hotspot.
