Enable/disable airplane mode on your device for the BlackBerry KEYone

Steps to enable or disable airplane mode on your BlackBerry KeyOne

Airplane mode disables your phone's ability to send or receive any type of wireless transmission.

If airplane mode is turned on, your BlackBerry KeyOne can't connect to the Sprint network.

  1. From the home screen, swipe down the Status bar.
  2. Swipe down again to access the Quick Settings menu.
  3. Tap the Airplane mode icon.
    Note: The icon is white when enabled.

Note: You can re-enable Wi-Fi and connect to a Wi-Fi network while Airplane mode is enabled.

Accts. without an active handset will incur $50/mo. charge. Includes unlimited texting on capable tablets and data.
