One or more devices on your account will be impacted by a device Network update that will be made on April 30, 2019 to the system that programs this device(s) for service.
What this means to you after April 30, 2019:
- If your device(s) is already active on the Network (turned on and in use), it will continue to work, but the following changes will no longer be possible:
- If your device(s) is not active on the Network, you will no longer be able to reactivate it.
Newer devices, including those currently available on sprint.com, in our retail stores or through your Sales Representative fully support this device Network update without the restrictions noted above. We encourage you to go to sprint.com, visit one of our retail stores or contact your Sales Representative to learn about your device options.
