The Federal Communications Commission requires all Sprint customers operating signal boosters to notify Sprint in order to mitigate the potential for adverse impact upon our Network.
Customers must notify Sprint by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the required information:
- The name of Sprint customer.
- Make and model of the signal booster
- Sprint phone number linked to the signal booster
- Mailing address
- Address where the Sprint customer will operate the signal booster if different from mailing address
Sprint’s AIRAVE devices, or any Network enhancement system that connects to the internet, does not meet the Federal Communications Commission’s definition of a signal booster.
Sprint’s AIRAVE devices do not require registration.
