Program Details for the Sprint and Boost Mobile Trainer Rewards Program
Sprint and Boost Mobile allow children under 13 to participate in the Pokémon GO Mobile Trainer Rewards program with their parent’s consent. The Trainer Rewards program allows a registered participant to earn points that may be redeemed for prizes and to compete against other trainers. When a person under the age of 13 years old attempts to register for the Trainer Rewards program, we will ask for a parent or guardian email address before we collect any personal information from the child. We will send the parent or guardian an email at that address (through our service provider, Razz Interactive) notifying them that their child has attempted to register for the program and provided the parent or guardian’s email for the purpose of seeking consent to participate. Once a parent responds to that email providing their affirmative consent as set forth in the notification, we will send back a one-time link to allow the parent or guardian to create their child’s Trainer Rewards account. After the child’s account is created, we will send an account PIN code to the parent’s or guardian’s email address for future use as a way for the parent or guardian to confirm their identity with Sprint or Boost Mobile.
If your child is participating in Sprint and Boost Mobile’s Trainer Rewards program, we allow parents or guardians to access, change, or delete the personally identifiable information that we have collected from their child by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org and providing (1) the child’s email address on the account and (2) the registration PIN that we provided as part of the registration process. If you believe your child is participating in Sprint and Boost Mobile’s Trainer Rewards program without your consent, please feel free to contact us using the contact information below. A valid request to delete personal information will be accommodated within a reasonable time.
