Get Started With Our Upgraded Network
To take advantage of our bigger and better network, you’ll need to swap out your phone’s Sprint SIM card for a FREE T-Mobile SIM card. It’s a simple process, and we’ll send you everything you need.
What Else Can I Expect?
Eventually, all customers will move to T-Mobile systems to manage your account. Right now, there’s nothing for you to do. When the time comes, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions on how to access and manage your account.
Simplified Rate Plans
We’ve already begun pairing customers with T-Mobile rate plans that are similar to their current plan’s price and features. Taxes and fees are included in most plans, so you won’t see any surprises on your bill. There is no action needed on your end—if you don’t already have a T-Mobile plan, we’ll get in touch with you.
