Why am I getting a text or email message about Sling TV? What is changing with my Sling TV subscription?
You’re currently paying for your Sling TV subscription through Sprint. Starting October 21, 2021, you will need to pay your subscription directly with Sling. Don’t worry! All you need to do is contact Sling TV to update your billing information to pay Sling TV directly. If you do not change your billing method to pay Sling TV directly, then you will no longer be able to access this service.
Why are you no longer offering Sling TV?
This was a limited time promotion that allowed Sprint customers to sign up with Sling through their Sprint account. We have reached the end of the promotion and you will now pay Sling directly.
How will this impact my Sprint bill?
Beginning October 22, 2021, Sling TV billing charges will be removed from your account. If October 22, 2021, falls in the middle of your billing cycle, your Sling TV charge will be prorated, so you only pay through October 21, 2021.
What happens if I do not continue my subscription through Sling TV?
If you do not change your billing method to pay Sling TV directly after October 21, 2021, you will no longer be able to use this service.
