Order your items online and set a pickup time that works for you. We’ll be waiting with your order at your local Sprint store, ready for a one-on-one setup session.
How It Works
Choose Pickup Time and Location
Orders are ready in as little as two hours. Let us know when you’re coming by and we’ll make sure to have your order ready by the time you arrive.
Back up your devices
We’ll let you in on a little secret: Backing up your data saves time. If you’re picking up a new phone, please come with your current phone and its most recent backup. We want to make sure you have all of your important pictures, calendars and contacts on your new device in a timely manner.

Head to the store
Be sure to bring a government-issued ID matching the name on your order, the card used to place your order and a copy of your confirmation email. We wouldn’t want your new device to end up in the wrong hands.
Select ‘Free in-store pickup’ on the Delivery options screen.
After choosing your pickup store, select a time and date that works best for your schedule.
