During the recruiting and interviewing process, we are looking for employees who exhibit the Sprint Imperatives which define our culture.

Interested candidates are able to go online to Sprint's application-tracking system. The system is simple, user-friendly and efficient. It allows users to create an applicant profile and apply for positions. By using the online system, candidates are able to store their information, allowing recruiters to access their information when searching to fill specific jobs. In addition, candidates can set up a search agent so they can receive a system notification when a position is posted in which they may have interest in applying.

Sprint posts job openings internally. Sprint believes in promoting from within when possible; as such, open positions are typically posted for existing employees first using an open-posting system. Sprint has used an open-job-posting system for more than 25 years. The online system is enterprise-wide and very effective in both communicating job opportunities and providing dependable delivery of an employee's job interest to the hiring manager and recruiter.

Since not all positions can be filled internally, Sprint also has a strong external recruiting and hiring presence. Positions are posted on www.sprint.com/careers and high-volume jobs may be advertised through Monster, Career Builder, and a number of other diverse and niche websites. Sprint recruiters also may use professional-networking sites to attract candidates. Sprint recruiters apply a strategic approach to recruitment by maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities.

Prospective employees experience a realistic job preview to gain a perspective on the Sprint employment experience. We provide candidates with substantive materials and insight so they can assess our culture for fit. Our staffing and recruiting resources, collateral and interviewing guides are direct, conversational and frank. We constantly reinvest in our approach to staffing and recruiting to truly get to know candidates before they become employees.
