In our continuing efforts to keep you updated on the current work stoppage, the CWA officials, representing Local 3176 bargaining employees in the Ocala and Winter Garden districts in Florida, have notified Sprint Local that the members ratified their new contract on Tuesday, November 29. These employees returned to work on Thursday, December 1, 2005.
Sprint Local continues to discuss the issues with the CWA official representatives in the Bristol and Johnson City districts in Tennessee. We appreciate your assistance and patience during this period and will continue to keep you apprised of developments during this work stoppage.
