Prior to ordering facilities, you will need to sign an Interconnection Agreement with Sprint for the state(s) in which you plan to operate. Fill out the attached Sprint Wireless Request form and return it via e-mail to:
negotiation.request@mail.sprint.com.
Upon receipt of the completed Wireless Request form, a negotiations manager will contact you and send you a 160-day negotiations letter, and a draft Interconnection Agreement to review.
Once both parties have signed the Interconnection Agreement, an account manager will be assigned as your contact within Sprint.
Download the following forms and forward them to your account manager electronically. Additionally, provide hard copies of those documents requiring a signature (if electronic signature is not available).
