Interim Number Portability

Overview

Sprint's Interim Number Portability (INP) is a service arrangement provided by Sprint whereby an end-user customer who switches from Sprint's local exchange service to yours is permitted to retain their existing Sprint-assigned telephone numbers.

Sprint has years of experience providing solutions for telecommunications. We offer dependable network support from our 24-hour Network Operations Centers (NOC), plus dedicated customer service.

Using Sprint's INP, you may:

  • Get service to your end-user customers quickly thanks to ease of implementation.
  • Enhance your end-user customers' perception of service by providing them with the convenience of keeping their telephone number.

Product Details

Sprint's Interim Number Portability (INP) allows your new end-user customers to retain their existing Sprint-assigned telephone numbers when changing their local service from Sprint's to yours.

INP is available only for use in the provisioning of a telecommunications service. Once Local Number Portability (LNP) is implemented, INP services will be discontinued.
