The National Exchange Access Center (NEAC) located in Decatur, Indiana and Leesburg, Florida serves as the single point of contact for all Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLEC).
This center is responsible for all CLEC end user order activity, which would include both resale and UNE type services. They are also responsible for Directory and Billing issues.
The NEAC serves all Sprint Local areas: FL, IN, KS, MN, MO, NC, NE, NV, NJ, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, and WY.
