Sure II Solution delivers the best package of today's calling features, plus discounted per-minute rates on all local toll calls. It is available in all of Sprint's Local Telecommunications Division (LTD) territories with electronically controlled central offices that are equipped to offer these services.

In addition to unlimited local toll calls at a discounted per-minute rate, your customers who sign up with Sure II Solution will enjoy the following features:

  • Caller ID - The standard in today's home, Caller ID lets your customers see who is calling before they answer - and lets them decide if it's a call they want to answer. Caller ID can be viewed on an ancillary device attached to the customer's telephone set or on a special telephone set with the display unit built in. Caller ID also stores names and numbers, creating a personal "phone book" for the customer.
  • Call Waiting - In today's busy world, Call Waiting allows your customers to put the first call on hold to answer the second one.
  • Call Waiting ID - This feature adds power to Caller ID and Call Waiting, allowing your customers to see who is on the other line before deciding whether or not to put the first call on hold.
  • Call Forwarding - Lets your customers take calls made to their home number or business with them, wherever they go, by forwarding those calls to a new number.
  • Return Call - With Return Call, your customers can call back to the last person who called their home number - even if they don't know who that person was (this feature will not work if the incoming caller has Per Call Blocking or All Call Blocking).
  • Repeat Dial - This feature turns busy signals into connections by ringing both your customer's phone and the number that was busy as soon as that number is free. Repeat Dial also works whether the last number called was answered or not, saving your customers dialing time on frequently dialed numbers.
  • Three-Way Calling - Three-way calling lets your customers talk to two people at once. And, if one person disconnects, the other two can stay connected.
  • Anonymous Call Rejection - Your customers will be able to send unwanted callers (those whose numbers they have blocked through Caller ID Per Call or All Call Blocking, as well as those who use *67 to block Caller ID identification) to a prerecorded message that informs the caller that this number does not accept blocked calls.
