Ready to make a switch?

Got a new phone you want to swap for one already on your account? It's as easy as 1-2-3.

(Note: You need to be signed up on sprint.com as an account holder to do this.)

  1. Sign on to sprint.com (Don't have a username and password? Get one by clicking Get started and then Sign up today.)
  2. From the Device area of your My Account page, find the phone you want to switch from.
  3. Click Manage my device and select Activate a new phone.

You will be whisked away to a page with instructions on how to activate online. Have your new
phone handy - you'll need to enter in information located beneath its battery to get started.

Before activating your phone, make sure it's the one you want. If you activate your phone and then decide to exchange it for another model or color, you may be subject to a $35 restocking fee. For complete details about exchanges and returns, please visit www.sprint.com/returns
