Monthly invoices: Sprint provides invoices in alternative formats including Braille, large print and electronic. To obtain your invoices in alternative formats, please contact a Sprint customer service representative who can add this to your account free of charge.
User guides: To view an electronic version of your phone user guide, please visit our support section and select your phone model.
Other material: Sprint will convert customer collateral (e.g., service plan guides, customer contracts, in-store brochures, etc.) to an alternative format upon request.
