Video Customer Service (VCS)

Sprint Relay Video Customer Service (VCS) enables you to contact a Sprint representative who uses American Sign Language. VCS can provide technical assistance, handle billing questions and help with other customer service issues.

To set up an appointment with a VCS representative:

  • Send an email to vcs@sprint.com with your name and a short description of your question or problem. In addition to your name, please make sure to include your address, Sprint wireless phone number and VP phone number.
  • You'll receive an automated email reply from Video Customer Service that will include a tracking number.
  • A representative will contact you within 1 to 2 business days.
