The Company currently provides the following annual compensation to Outside Directors:
Director Compensation
- Annual retainers and meeting attendance fees
- Additional annual retainers for each committee chairperson and the Lead Independent Director

- Restricted Stock Units
- Eligible to purchase Sprint Nextel stock through certain equity compensation plans
