As a Sprint Authorized Representative you will have access to Sprint Nextel’s extensive portfolio of wireless products and solutions to meet your customers’ evolving communications needs. Sprint offers a full range of advanced voice and data services designed to help consumers and businesses succeed.
As an Authorized Representative you will benefit from high quality products and services, profitable compensation programs, shared resources and sales tools and fulfillment options - plus brand recognition few other suppliers can match! You will also receive the support of a dedicated Indirect sales management team who will work with you in the initial stages of the application, and contract process and provide continued sales support throughout the life of a contract.
Requirements
We expect our Authorized Representatives to share our vision of high quality cutomer service. As such, they must meet the following minimum requirements:
Application and Contractual:
- Completed AR Application Form
- Adequate Credit/Financial Rating
- Maintain a monthly minimum net unit activation quota
- Submit a completed 12-month business outline that includes a financial pro forma and plans for sales and marketing activity
- Sign and execute Sprint Authorized Representative Agreement
- Complete Sprint Nextel credit application, as applicable
Operations, Sales and Marketing
- Establish/conduct weekly business strategy sessions with designated Sprint account manager during initial six (6) month period
- One (1) professional retail sales office at a minimum
- Provide high-speed internet access capable of supporting Sprint systems
- Professional image
- Proven track record of quality customer support
