Enhance productivity and prioritize phone calls. With Selective Call Ring from Sprint, you know when your most important customers are calling. When someone calls from one of those numbers, you hear a unique ring. Specify up to 12 numbers.
How It Works
To program a number:
Listen for a dial tone.
- Dial *61 (dial 1161 on rotary phones).
- Press # (dial 12 on rotary phones) and wait for the tone.
- Enter the selected phone number.
- Press # again (wait four seconds on rotary phones) and hang up.
To add the number of the last incoming call to your list:
Listen for the dial tone.
- Dial *61 (dial 1161 on rotary phones).
- Dial #01# (dial 1201 on rotary phones and wait four seconds) and hang up.
To add the feature:
Listen for the dial tone.
- Dial *61 (dial 1161 on rotary phones).
- Press #01# (dial 1201 on or off, press or dial 3.
To activate or deactivate the feature:
- Listen for the dial tone.
- Dial *64 (dial 1164 on rotary phones).
- Listen to the ON/OFF announcement.
- To turn the feature on or off, press or dial 3.
Things to Remember
- You'll hear the same distinctive ring for all numbers on your list.
- Calls from numbers on your selective call ring list will also give you a short/long/short call waiting tone.
