• Sprint coverage plans offer dial-up Internet access to 150 countries providing all city coverage in more than 45 countries through 8,500 POPs.

As a Sprint customer, you have one of the industry's most comprehensive service level agreements. Our guarantees:

• 100% availability for Enhanced Broadband Metropolitan Area Network (BMAN) customers
• 99.9% availability with BMAN or traditional access
• 99.9% busy-free dial access to the Internet

If we fail to meet those standards, Sprint credits 10% of your monthly dedicated port fee. We can make these guarantees because we've built our reliability operating one of the world's largest public data networks for more than 20 years.
