Browser Requirements for Access

To sign on to the site:

• Your computer's Operating System (OS) must support 128-bit Encryption
• Your computer's browser must support 128-bit Encryption
• Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher
• Netscape Navigator 4.6 or higher
• Your computer's browser must be configured to "enable" or "accept" all cookies
• Your computer's browser must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader Plug-in in order to view online bills or documents that appear in the ".pdf" file format
• Your computer's browser may need to have the Macromedia Flash Plug-in in order to view certain advertisements or site tutorials.

Note: All of these conditions are generally met if you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer, Netscape, or Mozilla browsers. The latest versions of these browsers can be accessed and downloaded at the links provided below:
