You must register with our site and provide your customer code and invoice number to access all levels of customer service functionality including Report a Problem, Modify Your Services, Equipment and Service Invoices, and Check Status. You will be asked to provide this information during your registration or can add it at any time from Update Profile. Small office customers with four lines or less will not have a customer code and invoice number, but can still access and pay their local monthly phone bills online, purchase items from our online catalog and save favorites in the cart for future reference.
