Account Update Times After Payment

If you send your payment by standard mail, you should allow 5-10 days for U.S. postal service. With the proper account information, your account is updated on the day your payment is received at Sprint. Including your remittance slip along with your payment helps ensure your account is updated as quickly as possible.

When submitting a payment online, the payment will be processed within 24 hours. Please note that the Invoice Details you view online are a representation of your invoice as of the last invoice date. Invoices will not be updated between cycles. Payments you have made will be updated online and viewable under "Paid" invoices and will be reflected in the Amount Due under "Viewing Open Invoices".
