Charges from Other Long Distance Carriers

Sprint Local is a billing agent for many long distance carriers. If you have dialed a 5-digit dialing code to use a carrier other than the one you normally use, e.g. 10XXX, the charges for that call will appear on a separate page in your local telephone bill. Collect calls from someone using a carrier other than your own are another example of calls of this nature.

What should I do if I feel that charges on my bill from carriers other than Sprint are incorrect?

Sprint contracts with other Service Providers who also offer telecommunications-related products and services such as long distance, voicemail and internet service, etc. These are referred to as "third party service providers," and their billing charges will appear in the last pages of your Sprint bill.

Sprint does not benefit from incorrect or unauthorized charges on your bill. We do provide an area on your bill to alert you of changes to your long distance carrier and/or service plans. Sprint encourages you to closely review your bill monthly.
