Problems Viewing Your PDF Bill

With certain versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer, customers cannot see their bill detail using PDF (Portable Document Format).

What you can do:

• View bills in HTML format (second option provided) if this error occurs. You can still download and print your bill.
• Update your Internet Explorer browser to a newer version by visiting http://www.microsoft.com.
