If you've forgotten your password to access your Sprint Local Business online account, Sprint can help. Simply visit Password Request and enter the email address that was provided at the time of registration.
If your email address is found on file, your User Name and Password will be sent to the email address provided, automatically. Please note that in order to retrieve your Password, you must have access to the email account that was provided at the time of registration. If the email address can not be located in our online database, a request can be made through the Contact Us option on the Support tab. After entering the required information and submitting the form, a Customer Service Representative will contact you within two business days with your User Name, Password, and Email Address. Please note that for security purposes, some information may need to be verifired prior to information being released. If immediate access is required, please re-register and create a new online account.
