Customer vs. Non-Customer Use of the Site

You do not have to be a Sprint customer to use the site. You will, however, be able to perform many more online functions if you are already a customer and can provide us detailed customer information during registration, such as your main billing telephone number and customer code and invoice number (when applicable). Once you have provided this information, you will have full access to online service functionality.

To update your customer information at any time after registration, select the Update Profile link on the left side of any page after you have registered or logged in.
